Zero Waste Home
Since 2008, Bea Johson and her family adopted a sustainable lifestyle and concept that she called Zero Waste.
For her, the most important issue is not recycling more but less, by trying to reduce the disposable goods of our normal daily life and giving more meaning to experiences instead of things.

What she purpose to achieve the zero waste lifestyle is trying to follow her 5R’S:
- “Refuse what you do not need.
- Reduce what you do need.
- Reuse by using reusables.
- Recycle what you cannot refuse, reduce, or reuse.
- Rot (compost) the rest. “
In this video you can see how Bea Johnson transformed her family lifestyle by following her through home and a visit to a supermarket.
